Hi All,

My sink tap keeps moving so I tried to tighten it with wrench but i was not able to get the wrench round the nut as the sinks been placed in a awkward position. I tried a adjustable basin wrench it was able to reach the nut but the nut was to big for the adjustable basin wrench.

I would be open to tips from people on how to tackle this problem?

You can buy a tool to get into awkward places (see pic) - not sure what it is called

It should be the answer to every plumbers prayer......sadly, it ain't!
It may be simpler, in the long run, to disconnect the pipes and get in there with a box spanner or deep drive socket, as Rob suggested - but if the backnut is plastic, do replace it with a brass one.
John :)
