Remove taps from a mixer block

I have a leaking tap and I want to remove the taps first to check the seals before having to remove the whole block. I cannot see any way of removing the turnable hot and cold taps from the block. There is no hidden cap to remove that I can see. Does anyone know this tap or how to do it?

The three levers on each of the tap covers will screw off and there will be grubs screws underneath that need to be undone before the cover can be removed.
