Sorry but this is a re post just to jog memorries. The washer is a FJ 1040 no water feed to flush out the conditioner. The tray is clean and the syphon works on testing externally.
I would appreciate knowing why there is no water feed to the conditioner section. I have poked nylon line into the feed nozzle but no water feed results.
Do you think it is due to a faulty solenoid, if so how do I get to it?
Suggestions appreciated.

Have you taken the lid off the machine yet? It's pretty obvious once the lid is off.

Thanks Not so Sleapyhead

That is great news.
I did not want to get on the proverbial conveyor belt. Will take the top off . Is there a solenoid control?
Many thanks for you response

Regards flounder

Only solenoids on the inlet valves. The water is directed by a cam operated system on the programmer connected to a lever on top of the soap dispenser. You'll have to check out that system to make sure it's working. Manually move the programmer knob through the various stages and see where the lever moves to. You'll then have to work out whether it's working properly or not.
