How they will do it is easy.. Enter the EU under the new agreement, once in, toss passport in the bin, buy Syrian passport, go to Germany, register, get EU documentation, hey presto... Travel to anywhere you like in the EU and claim for whatever is on offer
Now come on Davie, immigration officers will realise straight away that they're not Syrians when they can only speak Turkish.
