speak to your mobile network provider they may be able to reset your phone to default values remotely.

the auto help system is not accepting my email in order they could email me the id or password to me
Yeah spot on got in touch on line to Apple Store gave all the info I could remember they then phoned my landline and gave me the info I needed Beware when updating soft ware!!
