Alpha Climatic RF Controller for Alpha Intec Combi's

Does anyone know how the "remote telephone activation" is supposed to work on the Alpha Climatic Controllers (RF and hard wired versions)
It is mentioned in the installation and user manual but with no further details.

An email to Alpha didn't even get a reply from them.

2 Years on and several emails to Alpha - Still no response !!!
Bumped into the Alpha Rep at Harrogate Plumb Center recently and he was clueless.
He didn't know basic answers to questions about the products he was marketing.
Left him my email address and he promised to follow it up with Technical. Guess what - Still no reply.
I have three Alphas on the strength of their reliability, not the after market support from Alpha which isn't forth coming.
Having aquired an Alpha Climatic RF I worked it out for myself as the enclosed Installation Manual makes no reference to Telephone Remote Control.
On the Room Stat / Controller Back Board is a two terminal plug, shorting these terminals out via a volt free relay contact
within a GSM Switch overrides the Controller for the duration the terminals are shorted out.
Upon diconnection of the relay the Controller reverts back to its programmed settings.

Anyone needing further info just ask, you'll find me more responsive than Alpha Technical.
