Leaking drain pipe

Hey all

Was just looking for some advice on whether I need to be overly concerned about a leaky drain pipe we have in the garden. I've attached a picture of it below. Basically, at the joint highlighted, water will start to pour out only during very heavy rain. The rest of the time the water flow is fine.

Is this something that could cause damage over time and if so, can the braket simply be replaced or will the whole section of the drain pipe need to be replace?

All water leaks will cause damage over time. In your case to the brickwork, and possibly to the interior by penetrating damp.
Its impossible to clearly see whats happening on your photo.
Best practice is to replace any fittings or length of RWP. Check to see if the pipe is partially blocked - if it is check your gutters.

Why do you have what appear to be two RWP's?

If the pipe is leaking at that height, there's a very good chance its blocked at the bottom....

The pipe is all concelaed so I can't access it but I have enough information to at least get a professional in to sort it out. Thanks for the pointers
