Petrolem jelly, Vasaline, smeared around the seal, will make it watertight.

This is a typical automotive rubber seals produced by seal rubber extrusions manufacturer, but they only custom made for large quantity as rubber items are specially requires tooling development and debugging. So not practical to find manufacturers for only several meters.

Please turn to local auto parts store to find similar rubber strip, sunroof rubber seal is often U channel trim, the size that matters are the leg width, you may also think leg length over.If the leg width is fitful,i think it basically is suitable for your sunroof.

you may also find some adjusting screws that if tightened will pull the glass down onto the seal a tad better?

Hi, if you want new seals because rain's getting in, then it's probably getting in between the roof and the seal. I fixed a leaking dealer-fitted Britax sunroof on my daughter's 1982 Polo by removing sunroof and rebedding the rubber seal using Thompson's roof and gutter mastic seal, from B&Q. Modern rubber seals don't perish so it's unlikely to need new ones.
