Dent in kitchen worktop

As the title suggests really, any ideas on how I could repair, or at least make look reasonable, this dent (see attached pic)?

Cheers, do you know if this stuffis gloss or matte finish? Also, any tip for matching (or close) colour?

It's mid-gloss, solid colour and it will always look like a repair.
