Hi

Can anyone advise on the above please? This is an integrated washer dryer and in recent months it has started to leave gingery brown blobs on clothes - it appears to be specifically on white items (darn it!) (although I guess it's doing it to darker items as well, it's just that I can't see it on them).

I do believe the bearings have gone as the drum moves back and forth a LOT - there's a lot of play on it. Plus I understand that the blobs are a sign too is that right? However there are no horrible loud noises when it's spinning - it does everything great except for the depositing of ginger brown blobs on sheets, shirts, blouses (but never on my white dischcloths, why's that?!!).

If it is repairable, what would be the likely cost to have that work done, what should I expect to pay? (To help determine if it's worth doing that or getting a new machine).

Would it be saleable for spares or just scrap it????

What replacement part/parts should I be getting quoted for?

Cheers muchly.
