Fitting UPVC French doors - DIY?

I'm planning to replace my garage door with UPVC French doors (two doors, two side panels). I've never fitted doors/windows before but it seems fairly simple... Bolt into the walls and lots of sealant.

Is it as simple as it looks or would I be better getting a second pair of hands to help... Or even get a joiner/window fitter to do the job for me?

It's an easy diy job, just get the frame as square as possible first, this will help in setting the doors up but these will need 'toe and heeling' as all doors do to get them to work properly but once you grasp what toe and heeling is and what it does and how it works it's dead easy

Replacing your french doors is not a difficult task.It does not require a lot of mechanical skill but a little patience and time .After removing the door remove the hinge and also the hinge pin out then you can remove the door jamb which is seen under the bottom of the door using a hammer and a screw driver.If you find any rotten wood there then clean the area and if you want to replace the frame you can replace it .Now you can place your french doors and make sure they are levelled using a carpenters level and the frame should also be levelled and secured using screws.Use nails and add trims and also seal all joints with silicon caulking.I think this will help you but better you seek support from experts because a secure door is important for the security of your home .I guess these blogs will help you
