Get a room you two...

hence your refusal to accept that islamophobia is a form of racism?
Islam isn't a race, its a cult, a vile cult.
Here we go again, back into the circular repetitive arguments.
How many more times?
Islamophobia or Muslimophobia is the prejudice, hatred, or bigotry directed against Islam or Muslims.
The causes and characteristics of Islamophobia are still debated. Some scholars have defined it as a form of cultural racism
There are a number of other possible terms to refer to negative feelings and attitudes towards Islam and Muslims, such as anti-Muslimism, anti-Muslim racism, intolerance against Muslims, anti-Muslim prejudice, anti-Muslim bigotry, hatred of Muslims, anti-Islamism, Muslimophobia, demonisation of Islam, or demonisation of Muslims.

It's what you're suffering from, call it whatever you like, but it's obviously become obsessive in your case.

Who the hell cares what "some scholars" have decided? Apart from you.
The other scholars, the rest of the scientific community, UN and governments. :ROFLMAO:
But if you wish to excuse your racism on your, Elfi's and Richard Dawkins claim that islamophobia isn't racism, then you continue deluding yourself.
There's only one scholar amongst the three of you, and he's a self-proclaimed atheist activist.

Academics can be very dangerous people. Especially when the easily impressed among us listen to them too much.

Ideas are more dangerous than guns. We would not let our enemies have guns. Why should we let them have ideas?
Stalin had that right.

So you think Stalin was a typical academic?
You couldn't make it up, except you do.

An interesting difference between academics and scholars:
An academic would chide you for the grammar of your question, a scholar would ignore the grammar and go into the meaning.
We should be training scholars, after all, not academics. Scholars, according to Leonard and others, are multidisciplinary and focused on development outside of publishing. Academics push paper and publish.

You have a very strange twisted way of misunderstanding or misrepresenting others posts.
For instance this....I included a quote from Stalin to emphasise the point I was making that academics could be dangerous and from that you leap to the conclusion that I think Stalin was an academic.

I don't really believe you to be an imbecile but you do a good impression.

Devout atheism is as bad as devout any-other-religion. It closes the mind and causes divisions in society.

Utter b*ll*x
It's not atheism that closes the mind, religion, as you say does that beautifully. If Christianity had had it's way we'd still think the earth was the centre of the universe,
Bruno was burnt at the stake and Gallileo narrowly escaped the same fate for saying otherwise. And Darwin would have now been regarded as a crank.
Let's not even talk about Islam or any of the other mind closing tell you what to believe systems.
As for causing divisions in society...are you fookin joking or what?

Just retuned from the most amazing curry with the wife and sprogs. All is well on DIY not. Things are a wee bit heated but the reality is that people are angry and lost. Hopefully Brexit will sort it all out.(y)
