Install an MP4 downloader in Firefox.
Baidu Spark Browser has a built-in downloader for YouTube and other streaming video sources.
And as a free bonus, reports your every browsing move to Baidu.

If you are skilled enough to follow @Monkeh's suggestion for downloading YouTube video streams, and get it to work seamlessly with your browser of choice, you should be at least clever enough to always use end-to-end encryption, run your Internet activities via anonymous proxies on TOR, edit your hosts file to block all agency snooping, and write the rules for your firewall to block the Baidu tracking, but thanks for pointing Baidu's insecurities out anyway.
No other browser or search tool has insecurities, or uses tracking...

(By the way, whatever browser you use, your ISP knows and reports everything you do online to GCHQ, and probably the CIA and any other spy network that has the capability of tapping internet data from fibre and electronic pathways between you and any server you choose to receive data from.
Caveat!!: Only use Baidu for YouTube and streaming downloads, and not for your online banking or everyday browsing etc.
Always wear one or more tinfoil hats, since they can and will listen to your thoughts, if you don't protect yourself!
