shower trap to 50mm solvent pipe

Hi i am putting a new shower enclosure in which has just been delivered. This is a picture of the shower waste. I would like to get rid of the flexible hose as i am worried about hair building up in groves of the pipe. It is going to be connected to 50mm solvent pipe. Can anyone advice best way to connect. The end is 40mm
