Pressure seems fine at 1 imo, but for future reference you'll have an external loop somewhere, possibly in that boxing where all the pipes are.
Thanks, there is a pipe under the boiler with an up arrow (coldish pipe when boiler is on) - so guess that is the water in and where I increase the pressure, I've added a photo....

No, that's an isolation to isolate the water.
If you look behind that boxing you'll probably have a pipe attached to the one your looking at with a loop attached.

Thanks for your advice but cant seem to find the loop pipe, unless I'm missing something? I've done a video, any help is appreciated

A picture of the general area around the boiler front on would be more help, showing the pipework and the units below, the filling loop is quite clearly not an internal loop.........

sorry I just presumed it was inside the boiler like the one in my old place (newer boiler)
