Good turn out for Trump

Should rename this forum "Spilt milk, come cry here".

The man is great, went to see his live show last year.
However, you seem to have skipped past the rest of what he's saying, just sticking to the bit where he blames 'lefties'.

He talks about debate, he talks about to stop labeling people and he's 100% correct.
You don't debate Roger and you like to label everyone who disagrees with you as a leftie.

At what point do you consider rioting, burning and looting, not acceptable.

Even more people were ecstatic with his win, but they didn't riot.
They wouldn't riot would they? They had what they want!!

Nothing wrong with protests. Protests are good... damage to people or property isn't.

Me personally? I don't ever find it acceptable. Nor have I ever condoned it.

I'm not sure where I'd put yesterdays protest riots on a scale of 1 to 10 in terms of "badass" but it wouldn't make half way. Especially when you consider the numbers involved.

Gosh, wonder why? Perhaps we should set up a government body examining the reasons why only angry people riot. Well spotted.(y)

I made that simplistic point, to show that in today's climate it seems OK to riot if you disagree with a democratic decision.

Brexit was also a democratic decision, whether you think it was right or wrong.
JohnD's posts are destructive, he should get behind this wonderful country of ours.

They were preparing to.

"Sheriff Supporting Trump Says It’s Time To Bring Out ‘Pitchforks And Torches’"

But reversed their position when Trump scraped in.

A bit like the way Trump and his trumpists swore blind that the election was going to be rigged and they wouldn't accept the result.
Until he got in. And then discovered that it really had been rigged. By the Russians. But in Trump's favour.

Suddenly went quiet.

Or this gun-toting Trumpist

"'If Trump loses, I'm grabbing my musket,' former congressman tweets"
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2016/10/26/joe-walsh-musket-tweet/92799286/

"Former Illinois congressman and conservative radio host Joe Walsh appeared to invite armed insurrection when he tweeted that he was "grabbing his musket" if Hillary Clinton defeats Donald Trump in the presidential election.

"On November 8th, I'm voting for Trump," Walsh tweeted. "On November 9th, if Trump loses, I'm grabbing my musket.""

Though more likely he has an assault rife or two and a shedful of ammunition.

"Try not to hurt him. If you do, I'll defend you in court, don't worry about it."

As protesters were being escorted out of the rally in Fayetteville on Wednesday, Trump told the crowd that the protesters were not being treated poorly enough.

“They used to treat them very, very rough, and when they protested once, they would not do it again so easily,” he said, before lamenting "we've become weak."

Nice to see Roger agreeing with me for a change.

Good point, I forgot about that.
