Pyronix Enforcer questions

ok thanks for your assitace in this matter. so just did the test now/

armed my house. i have a wirelss keypad at the hall entrance linked to a prox tag. i did a full SET A and left the house. waiting for the system to settle, you hear the noise after a couple of secs after the door contacts are made up. ARMED

i opened the door - entry timer started. went in waved at the hall pir and moved into the lounge.

the sound from the main alarm unit got louder and made an intermeiited beep inbetween the timer noise.
(i ran out of time and full alrarm when off (siren buzzing outside)

so now ive ended up with 3 SMS messages.

-- Burglary Alarm; Full Set Lounge Lounge

-- Burglary Alarm; Full Set Lounge Lounge

-- Burglary Alarm; Full Set Lounge Lounge

i dont want the intruder additional time when they come into lounge.

I need two fixes

1) one intruder in lounge - all bells and whilsile should go off

2) i dont need 3 bleeded SMS of the same kind...... its getting ridiculous

Appreciated

Albeit a pain it might be better to Clean start panel (enter 2000 for the code when prompted) and reprog from scratch. Start off learning devices & programming them up and test system to see if it works how your expecting it to do. Then add SMS options and so on.

Not ideal but yes it's an option....
.maybe in the summer wifeeee is due to drop are first one any day now.

I've done a clean start once before.

You referred to ...all areas. where is this option specifically in the menus. I am on enforcer version 9.13

In Setup Digi/SMS there should be an option called Area Accounts. However i must admit i work for a company which has personalised software unique to our enforcer panels so it could be slightly different on standard market panels.

I'll have a another look next weekend.

Nonetheless thank you for your replies. Will reset and rebuild it again in a couple of weeks /months.

Thx
