Texecom Prem Elite 48 & ComGSM CEG-0001

I've noticed that the panel led (1) is slow flashing and I'm sure when it was working on Tuesday that is was on permanently. Could that have anything to do with it not working?

Take GSM mod off control panel and clear faults
Once panel clear add GSM module back onto panel. step by step add GSM model as per instructions in installation manual.
Something is not right you have to go back to a clear panel otherwise you will be going around in circles.

#1 is set to On because the panel lid is off. All the rest are to set to an Off position.

I've tried unplugging the com unit from the main panel and programming again but same fault occurs.

This is really frustrating now but appreciate the help from you guys.

Thanks

So, I put a call into Texecom Technical Support this afternoon and managed to get it working. Apparently they are seeing some problems when the GSM Module is plugged into Com Port 1. We re-configured it to go via Port 2 instead and changed the modem speed which resolved the issue.

Thanks both for your persaverance and helping with this one.
