Is there a maximum 15 mm pipe length from the 22 mm ring?

Two separate runs from four separate 'T's was always my intention and thank you for the clarification. Would there be any benefit of running the horizontal portion of the extension in 22mm (9m) and the drops to the rad in 15mm (2.4m)?

I understand the formula, but where do you get the flow rate of 0.14 litres/sec from?
