Hi all
Can anyone give me a ballpark figure I should be looking at for 3 windows . They're quite big so not sure how much extra this adds .
W1
2.3 m X 1.5 m X 2 casement openings

W2
1.8 m X 1.2 x casement openings

W3
1.2 x 1.2 X1 casement opening

Located in Devon

Many thanks in advance

They aren't big :)
Why not get a couple of quotes, that will give you a better idea.
You could use an online supplier to get an idea of window cost then add 30% on for fitting.

Way too many variables to just give you a price. What material for a start, PVCu, aluminum, timber (hardwood or softwood?).

Here is a quote I got recently. Residence 9 Windows. Fitted.

1500mm x 1250mm £ 1254.86
1500mm x 950mm £ 1195.52
500mm x 950mm £ 678.06

plus 20% VAT
less 10% discount

Holy shiite. I'm in for a shock. We're after
2400mm x 1200mm (x6) (3x 2 casement)(3x1 casement)
1000mm x 1000mm (x1) (1 casement)
2 standard upvc doors. I'll make sure I'm sat down for that quote. Fook me.

Are you looking at residence 9 though? As standard pvc wont be that expensive from a local company . Also if it is residence 9 , there are quite a few manufacturers offering flush fit casements

To be truthful I've not looked into it yet but it's on the agenda before the summer starts, probably not if it's a much higher spec. Just want decent quality that'll last us.

£150 per square metre, fitting between 10 and 30%
