Rothyself for me.

PC were doing a set of 3 for £40+VAT. Bargain. If still available

The Irwin ones are crap... I snapped a pair clean.
.
What in the world were you doing to them!? I've had two pairs of large mole grips on mine using the handles as an emergency squeeze-off tool for an MDPE water main and they're still going strong!

Gordons used to be the dogs, dont know if still around. Never got on with Crescents, but I had a pair of nipex cutters which were good

Thanks for the response, got a pair of Irwin`s ok for the money, but not over impressed a bit clunky, might get a pair of Rotherburges.
Cheers all.

Just taking out a pair of wall stops. They had to be a crack in them from manufacturing the way they broke.

Knipex Cobra water pump pliers, without question the best!! Not overly expensive either, I paid just over 15 quid for the last set of 250mm ones I bought.
