Small inspection cover.

Hello everyone. My 1st post!

I'm renovating a property and have just boxed in some copper pipes. This has covered an electrical ground point. My electrician told me that the grounding point should be easily accessible. Does anyone know if I can get a neat looking inspection cover, maybe 6ins square or in diameter?

As above, or you can cut a square out yourself and then fit it back with magnets so it fits with the decor and is still easily accessible

What do you mean by "ground point"?

If it's got screwed joints it needs to be accessible.

No requirement for "easily", although of course make it too hard and it is arguably no longer "accessible".

Can't you just make a section of the boxing in removable?

Is there problem with terminology?

He or she did say in the opening post that have boxed in some pipework. So it seems likely it's nothing more than that. Presumably the clip to connect the main water or gas pipe earth is now behind this boxing.

Thanks for the replies. The Screwfix option looks like the best option. I couldn't find that on the Screwfix App search.

The boxing is about 300mm by 150mm and goes from floor to ceiling, has CH and hot and cold water pipes running through. The ground point is where the mains earth cable is connected to the copper pipe. Sorry if I've confused everyone with my terminology.

It's possible that this connection is not actually required, in which case I would say accessibility is moot.
