Texecom Premier 24 EOL wiring to Premier Impaq Plus

Hope all is well people

My first install using a Texecom product (usually go for Honeywell Accenta G4's) so a newbie and still reading up on the 146 page installation manual .

Got a quick question regarding EOL wiring to the Premier Impaq Plus sensors. Pics attached. I think it's wired correctly as per the installation diagram - just want to make sure before it's finally powered up.

I have

YELLOW for ALARM
BLUE for TAMPER

The PIR wiring is much easier with built in resistors using the jumpers.



Also, wiring zones to the added built in 8XE Expander. It goes like :

Z9 - COM - Z10 - Z11 - COM - Z12 - Z13 - COM - Z14 - Z15 - COM - Z16

So COM is shared for TAMPER, in my case two BLUE wires inserted ?

No....the two twisted resistors need to go into the spare alarm terminal
Then remove the blue wire and put it into the spare tamper terminal

Ok thanks. Is it me but why doesn't the diagram show that or can I not read it right !

Appreciate the help. No doubt I will be back with more questions once I get it powered up soon.

The diagram is only any good if you know how to read it I guess.

why they don't show the terminals for a device on the diagram for clarification is beyond me, but a very good first attempt, sleeved the resistors which is always a good thing.
