Yes its all clean. I had this problem before and the holes were blocked so cleaned them and problem went away. But still have the problem and all is clean. Thanks for your reply

If the hole in the little (normally) blue piece isn't blocked (this is the piece that creates the siphon for the conditioner), then the problem has to be water not being pumped into the condtioner tray during that part of the cycle - and that would suggest a valve not opening at the required time.

Hello Doggit , did you mean the three holes in the pull out tray as they are all clear. Not sure by what you meant with the " normally blue piece ". Thanks for your reply

There's a piece of plastic in the conditioner section that warns you how high to fill it; and there's a tube in that piece that creates the siphon action when more water is put into that section, and so raises the level over the height of the tube, and so creates the siphoning effect - in the absence of a model number, this assumes you have a bog standard wahsing machine - so take this out, and make sure the tube isn't blocked either

OK will post what the model No.is tomorrow as am at work tonight, Thanks again

The right hand section of the dispenser is the softner tray. Take out the tray, remove the plastic piece in the softner tray, and make sure that it's completely clean. Beyond that, I can't help you any more I'm afraid.

Here's the manual though.
