Because the boiler case is room sealed we are not allowed to give advice on DIY repairs here.
But I might be prepared to give you 121 advice by phone.
Sounds as if you have only recently joined Arqiva and so you will not have experience of the old water cooled transmitters like the Marconi 25 kW UHF or similar where plumbing was relevant.

To access it you need to remove main cover which exposes the combustion area. Its a one piece case.
