I forgot to mention. I have already had a local person look at this and they quoted £470 to do it !!!! Which sounds a little bit on the high side to me.

Difficult to say where it is leaking from, the water may be running down from somewhere above. Could be a simple o ring but not always simple to repair.

Think its best to call worcester to repair it. Them boilers dont always come apart as easy as the manual says.

On the grounds that, it sounds expensive ? On what grounds do you ask ?

I ask because it is clear you don't know how much it should cost, so why say it is expensive - parts plus a couple of hours work, plus having to deal with customers, journey times, business running costs - seems pretty reasonable actually.

Come back when you're old enough to be allowed to play with things that substitute an M for the k.

Tony will be able to help you as he seems to be, on e again, choosing to interpret the forum rules to his own ends once again.

You've been told how it rolls here already - as if your 9 years on the forum wasn't enough to have told you how this thread would go.
