Hi,
I have never encountered issues with the boiling system so far and this is first time so kindly take it easy guys.

I am getting weird noises from the heating tank region. It usually happens after flashing the commode on the first floor or opening the tap while commode is refilling.

It may be a pump but I am not sure and cannot honestly locate the source of noise.

Just made a video and here is the link

Can anybody suggest what can it be?

There are no issues with the heating system and its purely noise and a bit of leakage from one of the tap / valve next to heating tank.

I have noted that the pressure regulator (which used to increase the pressure) is not functional anymore.

Is it a job of plumber or heating engineer?

And any recommendations of plumber / heating engineer in Essex area preferable close to Grays Lakeside shopping centre?

Thanks.

It sounds like the fill valve on your WC cistern is vibrating. Either washer or diaphragm change should cure it.

Thanks for replying.

I forgot to add that its intermittent and does not happen all the time. However getting more frequent latelay.

Also, this noise does not come from the toilet but from the area of water storage tank. And it can still continue after wc commode is refilled.

Likely the vibration starts in the fill valve but pipework nearby is vibrating.

PS - A commode isn't a WC pan & cistern

Many thanks. Sorry for being a noob but is it a job of plumber or heating engineer?

I doubt ver much whether you actually are talking about a commode as @newboy has pointed out, I have never seen a commode with its own water supply, but that does not mean that they do not exist.
