I just moved to a new home and need to replace a faulty shower mixer cartridge. I have tried the usual routes of contacting ShowerDoctor and a number of other parts suppliers as well as a few manufacturers directly but have drawn a complete blank.

Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of this shower / shower cartridge. The cartridge is unusual because of the long neck!

Any help much appreciated.

No numbers or markings at all unfortunately. I've added a few more photos and one showing behind the faceplate.

I am afraid Showerdoctor cant identify it either. I removed the faceplate and have attached a few further photos.

As you can see, the valve has been concreted in so it is going to be a much bigger job if I cant find the replacement cartridge!
