Hello. I'm looking for some fix around minor water logging problem which happens on the steps near entrance to our ground floor maisonette. These steps seem to have slope towards the boundary wall at the right which has street on the other side, this being end of terrace. Can I simply drill a nice hole through the wall in that corner and shove something in to make a passage for water to drain or is there a trick to this please?
