Chasing a brick wall.

Well im glad i removed all the old pipework first because i found this. Plenty of room for multiple pipes and conduit.

It was covered with thin hardboard. My plan is to stick some plasterboard over it then fill with plaster and skim.

Seen exactly the same thing up the side of a chimney breast, old back boiler pipes . Always nice when that happens!
 
All houses should have access like that. Im putting in two lots of 32mm conduit for the flow and return, two lots of 25mm for the cold and hot water. 1 32mm for network cables, plus a spare 32 and 25 for future use.
