Any idea what this is called please guys?

I hope my description makes sense -

this is to secure a Kitchen drawer face panel to a side panel. One end It screws into the face itself and the long bit goes into a hole in the side panel. It's then secured using a sort of grommet type thing on the side of the side panel, that locks it in place.

I've spent ages trying to find the name so I can buy some but it doesn't appear to be any type of screw, fixing, tightener etc...

any idea please chaps
