Is there a frost thermostat fitted? A frost thermostat will override any other controls.

I just checked online for frost thermostat and this is thermostat which I changed first when problem strat and this was in May but on hot day

I replaced past year, and like I explained if I removed is work with thermostat and on fitted position is work but if is start you have to switch of power than everything is work normally

There is a frost stat inside the boiler as well as the thermostat on the wall. If the boiler gets too cold, this will start the boiler working. I have a similar problem on my boiler; it starts itself, goes for about 20 seconds, and then switches itself off.

When your boiler starts, how long does it run for before you turn the power off.

For example yesterday is start on lunch time and I stop control panel to work just on hot water without heating but 3pm radiators was hot and power off for 10sec helped than everything is work normally
Boiler is British gas 330+

Far more likely to be the PCB in the boiler making it come on by itself, but if you turn the hot water off, and the radiators stay hot, then either the pogrammer has been wired wrongly, ir the valve is at fault.

very unlikely to be the programmer more likely to be zoning control valve
