Hi guys, I have had the powermax complete installed for a few years now and have just completed a full buttery change after seeing a low battery on the siren. I got the old line failure pop up on the screen not long after this. The issue with my system is every time I connect the powermax to my telephone line, it takes over my telephone line. Then, tells me to hang up the receiver and try again? Then it goes through about 5 chords of a constant tone whine and then the line goes dead. Do you guys know if the Powermax is faulty or is there a setting I’m missing? I’ve recently reseted everything but to no avail. Cheers

It’s all set to off but still sends signal out of the line, I want the phone option to work though. I can make it show no faults with the line when I disable these but I want it to call me when the alarm goes off. Thanks
Just for ref it was all working previous. When I pick phone up it says please hang up and try again a few times then it goes through these tones and goes dead. To free my telephone line up I need to unplug the line from powermax.
