I have few damp issues I hope someone can advise on. I have posted photos and annotated on them to show where they are. This is an old stone cottage, maybe 150 years old. Safely bet there is no damp proof membrane. Thank you for any help.

Photos are out of order, but there is an internal and external for 3 issues: kitchen wall, at front door, opposite front door going up the stairs.

Nice new concrete and tarmac outside - has this raised the ground level against the wall? Which way does rainwater drain?

Yes tarmac and concrete was laid about a month ago. This did raise the level back to where it was after originally being scrapped back. Both do have distinctive slopes away from the house though so rain is running away. Those walls were plastered about 6 months ago, but it’s only those areas that have damp. I was seeing if they would dry out, not sure if painting too early was a cause as well. Any thoughts?
