hope I’m on the right part of the forum. Replaced a rad yesterday. Refit went fine. Problem now though is I am continuously losing pressure as indicated on gauge on pressure vessel. Loss is about 0.1 bar per hour! No obvious leaks. Happening when ch is off or on. Only thing I can think is I have damaged a joint beneath the floor whilst reattaching pipes to new rads??? Cannot get beneath floor without tearing up solid wood floor. Please help!

When heating on does pressure needle go in the red or shows 3 bar, also check prv pipe for signs or dripping
Hi. Drained rad through closing lock shield and trv. Then removed, drained and put new one in. When heating on, pressure increases as it always has - apart 0.5b. Re system I have - standard boiler, pressure vessel. All has been fine with stable pressure up until I removed and replaced rad yesterday. No obvious leaks from new rad and with rate of pressure loss, something would be obvious on the floor in my mind. Thinking a bottle of leak seal may be next move??

It's an obvious question but how did you bleed the new radiator and re-pressurise the system?

Don't!
Once rad was fitted I opened the lock shield, then the trv. Bled the rad. Then bled others that had air in them ( 2 I recall).

Leak sealer - more likely to clog the system than cure a leak (which it may not do anyway)
Sorry meant to say in terms repressuring, added water to vessel to desired pressure.
