Reputable suppliers

I've had my fingers burned by a company called FLOORING REPUBLIC. They currently have over £5k of my money and I'm going through hell trying to get it back. In the meantime
, my self build has come to a complete standstill. No flooring means no skirting no doors no furniture or rooms being put together. This has been on going for 2 months & im at breaking point.

Please recommend a reputable supplier that won't cause the sheer hell I've been through with flooring republic. I'm after:

Engineered wood 150m2
budget is £30m2
Ideally 14-15mm (use with UfH)
180-190ish wide
Oak
Rustic looking with plenty of grain/knots - a lot I've seen are quite plain, light & clean looking unfortunately

I used wood and beyond for the last job, and found that the flooring was good, but there were far more short planks than I'd expected, so had to buy a few more packs, so I'd now ask a lot more questions rather than just look at the sample. I paid £29 per sqm just before the pound dropped, so I'd expect to pay about £35 now.

What's going on with Flooring republic then.

I placed an order with them over 2 months ago which hasn't been delivered. Now told its no longer available. Constantly chasing for a refund, still not a penny refunded. No reply to my phone calls or emails. Having to get my bank involved now. Read the reviews on google I wish I had (they delete all negative comments from their Facebook page) also trade as POSH FLOORING

Can anyone recommend anything rustic, plenty of knots & grains? Oak, brushed & oiled.

Did you pay by credit card, or bank transfer. Sorry, can't recommend anyone else; hopefully someone else can soon.

We have just bought our floor from Apple Flooring in Basildon.
