Baxi 105HE flame failure

Hi I have a Baxi 105HE boiler which is showing flame failure this only occurs when the heating kicks in when the boiler is cold. When I reset it it won’t come on but if I run the hot water first it will then kick in. I have had a circuit board changed but the plumber can figure it out and he’s normally reliable.
