The master suite(get told off if I call it anything else) has two areas facing each other of 150cm wide,70cm deep and about 2+mtr tall

we had sharps round for a quote/laugh and the 3.5k to 5k was a bit above budget.

we are looking at pull down rails at the top, possibly trouser hangers,drawers/shelves etc

Pull down rails are extravagant unless you are under 5 ft tall.

It means the wife can put long dressses so don't touch the floor and we can fit more in with a fixed rail underneath, having a rail just below the ceiling is awkward as i'm 5ft 8 and the ceiling is quite a bit higher

My wife at 5’2” never had a problem reach a high rail at over 6’ Plenty high enough for any long dress.
