All, just been round a rented property and noticed that the flue has an Icicle hanging from it. It is quite a long flue run ie. not just straight out the wall, comes out about 40cm or so due to roof overhang. Is it something to be concerned about? I thought flue was supposed to slope towards the boiler. Thanks in advance

If the Icicle is in danger of falling down onto someone's head from a great height it may be a cause for concern. Otherwise don't worry.
