Hi all

Just thought I'd stick a post up about our now completed under stairs slide out cupboard shelving project. Got some good advice from here that helped along the way, though I didn't find exactly what I was looking for to steal ideas - so it needed more brain power than I expected.

Anyway, short youtube video here if interested and hope it has ideas others can steal (even if to improve on!)

Thanks again

Nice job, what about Velcro for the dyson bits.
Thanks.
Was thinking something more substantial like the clips they give you on the unit. The hooks will work for now - all our coats are in the boot room*

* sounds posher than it is :)

Cheers. However, I tried to make it clear in the vid - I'm NOT Mr Accurate and I only took on the build as I figured how to make it totally adjustable. The entire framework and slide out base could be miles out and it doesn't matter. the "unit" sits om that base and hence can swivel/rotate - and the screwfix spacers under made the fronts easily adjustable to be level to the posts. Then when screwed on the base the MDF can only be "straight" and look good.

So its cosmetic - there are quite a few spacers in use :) The skill is covering up the cr*p. And TBH, this house is so wonky nothing needs to be perfect.

Nice Job. I've been thinking of something similar for my house but worried about biting off more than I could chew!
