Afternoon all,
I'm having a new bathroom fitted but I'm currently at the stage of ripping all the old stuff out first. I've taken the bath out and all the tiles around it.
The walls are constucted using flower pot bricks/grey blocks, this is then coated in cement render, then plastered, then tiled.
When taking the tiles off the wall - various parts of plaster and render have come off with them leaving me with a mixture of surfaces. I'm after a bit of advice on how to proceed. Do I knock all the plaster off to the render. Knock all the render off to the bricks? D&D over the whole lot?
I've already purchased the bath which I bought as the same size as the old one and just fitted the space. So d&d might come up to thick to allow bath to fit. Pics attached for reference...(panoramas from iphone).
Any help appreciated.
