New composite door, faulty lock mech?

Had a new door fitted last week, the middle latch catches the the keep on the frame, have to turn the door lock into open position to close the door.
The top and bottom latches work fine, but as the pics show they have a radius on the the edge of them, the middle one is a plain angle ground onto it.
Is this a manufacturing fault on the lock mech?

Not a faulty lock but more like the door slab needs moving/adjusting over to the hinge side, shut the door and take a photo stood back so we can see the gaps all the way around

Seems central, top and bottom latches close no problems just the middle one catching, if anything the gap in middle seems slightly larger than the top/bottom

I think the latch is to close to the frame. I bet it is where they banged the beading on the side panel when they glazed it. Open the door and wedge a rubber handle hammer in-between the door and side panel to move it over a couple of mm. It will work lovely

Gap between frame in middle is 5mm,latch has to be pushed in about 3mm before it will close properly,company should be out to look at it next week,in my mind all 3 latches should have the same chamfer and radius on them
