pyronix - wireless bell (strobe but no sound)

Hi, i have installed the pyronix system, all works well, but the issue is with the wireless bell, during the walk test and when the alarm goes off, only the strobe light flashes but there is no siren sound? does any body have any ideas why this might be? i have looked through settings and nothing but nothing was obvious.

Does it ring if you Tamper it by taking lid off the siren? If not then it’s likely to be faulty. I think the piezo sounder plugs on to the module so make sure it’s plugged in correctly outside.

yeah it rings when you take off the lid, thats what is confusing me!

its excellent. i managed to sort it.. i didnt have Siren Any (0014) assigned to it on outputs. thank you for your time helping me though.

Hi. I have a similar issue, in that the bell box won't ring even though the strobe light is working. I have been through the engineer's menu and can't find where to change the Siren to 0014, could you steer me in the right direction please?

Does it sound when you remove the bellbox lid ?

I haven't been able to get to the bell box. It was working but stopped after I changed the menu to stop sms texts. I think I may have inadvertently turned the bell off at the same time!
