Hi Can anybody tell how long i have to leave zinsser cover stain before applying a topcoat.

4 - 7 days is the cure time. 2 hours is the recoat time. Note- the recoat time is not the same as the "apply other paints over it" time.
What are you planning to paint over it?
Emulsion should be fine the next day. Oil based paints should be fine the next day. Waterbased gloss/satinwood/eggshell, wait a couple of days otherwise you might see fisheyes in the finish.

I want to use Dulux trade white gloss. so i will paint tomorrow and see what it look like.thank you for your response.
