wall plate to brick fixings?

Morning all. Think it's a ledger board and not wall plate.
Starting on putting my front canopy back up after removal for new extension. They used frame fixings on the one which was removed. Was all loose and basically just ripped it off the wall. Planning on using chemical fixings but what size. It's 5.6m width and using 135mm × 37mm treated timber. Was thinking M12 × 160 at 600mm spacing. Would that do? Never used the chemical stuff before. If I was using the M12's would it be 12m drill hole a good pump of anchorset and knock in bolt?
Any advice welcome.

M12 and chemical fix? Is it a high crime area or is the canopy going to hold up the house?

Haha. I used m10 anchor bolts in the end with ever build anchorset . God that stuff sets quick.

Would treated 3×2 timber be all right for rafters? As I have loads lying around, also have 3 gallow brackets for added support

you say 5.6m wide (which is pretty big)

for such a wide span I fear 3" beam depth is insufficient. There is a table somewhere of timber sizers per span and per load. I used it for my carport, which is half the width of yours and the timbers came out deeper. The load on mine is trivial, just polycarbonate sheet plus imposed snow loads and occasionally a fat builder.

One of the woodwork enthusiast will have the link, I'm sure.

3x2" is ok if its just for a canopy.

You could form mono-trusses in 3" timber and hang these off the house wall
