tectite fitting on my shower

I am trying to change my broken shower for exactly the same one, I cant get the water pipe off my broken shower, apparently it is a tectite fitting, can someone please help me get this off??

Looks like tectite sprint range fitting ,and as far as I can recall they are not demountable.do you have access to the section in the wall ?
 
As Terry says, those fittings can't be removed, you have to cut them off and replace them

Sorry for sounding stupid, but but does that mean taking tiles off wall etc to cut it off and replace it??
 
Before you get the hammer and chisel out, is it not possible to just repair the shower you have? What's wrong with it?
 
So repairing is cheaper and means you don't have to smash a tile. Sounds like a winner to me
