Help with Honeywell GD48

Hello,
I have a problem with an alarm panel GD48, and I need to do a latest firmware update. The firmware is now 6.7.
Please help me.

Why do you need to update? Do you know that your problem is cured by 6.7 or is this a case of another version is available, so I must have it?

The next version never has anything that is of any great use to the end user.

Just asking.

As a stand alone system GD48 with 6.7 firmware it works perfect. But I integrated the honeywell with another system and I have problems transmitting alarms from honeywell to integration software. So thats way I need to update to a newer version of firmware.

The firmware on the Dimension range is updated using an SPI key. The key needs to be loaded with the correct country variant firmware, with the latest being 7.01 for the Dimension. You can determine the current variant part number of your panel by selecting 'display -> system' and pressing the hash key. Note that flash upgrading restores default settings, so it's best to store them with RSS or save to SPI key before upgrading.
