Hello
On my GD48 panel when I enter the menu from my kepad I get the next message: 1014 A1 +tamp s/c. When I display the zones 1014 is closed.
How come? A1 can by set even with this message.
Thanks
The zone must have been short circuit at some point. Log in with engineer code and accept the error to reset it. Then exit again. Do you know why the wiring went low reistance ? Maybe stray wires in the sensor or water/moisture ingress in cabling ?
Ok, done and it is ok now.
It was my fault, I put the multimeter on the zone and common with the wires of the sensor unplugded.
I whant to know what voltage is btw zone and common when nothing is plugd in
Thanks

3.3V. It's part of a balanced circuit, so the voltage will not mean much to you. Just use display zones and press the hash key to show the resistance at the zone. It should be 1k closed and 2k open.
Exactley, thanks a lot.
Well, I am a security system engineer and now I do some tests for integrating honeywell with lenel onguard for a client of mine. In my previous threads I was demanding for an upgrade of firmware because onguard is not compatibile with all firmwares from honeywell.
Eny way thank you a lot.
