possibly a permitted development so no planning needed, however that doesn't stop you making a complaint about anything you think they are doing wrong, like packing soil against your wall, even though its permitted they have to follow strict guidelines, ring the council and they will send someone out to check

Try sending digital images to the Local Authority? may be worth a go? Building Control, and Planning you could also try Environmental health, just noise the lot up

Unbelievable! I would be hosepiping that nasty soil off my greenhouse wall - if you leave it on day and night for about a week that should wash it all away.

It's not clear to me from the pictures but is it actually attached to their house? If not then given its size building control won't be interested.

Yes would hose pipe it off but where is it going to go the soil or water down? Two solid walls next to my wall itll probably cause damp when it sets to the ground.
I have emailed local planning and have attached images to the email and asked for someone to come down to have a look at the work they are doing. See what happens dont think anything will happen as last time the same neighbours dumped a load of soil and rubble on the local councils land rear to their property and we did inform the council about this but no action was taken.

Do you know who the so called " Builder" is ?

If so a word to the local to you trading standards department may be of interest? in that they may have a history and may be willing to have a look?
