Has the wrong bead been used?

Having an ensuite built and the angle bead has been used joining the shower wall and a wall which is to be painted. As you can see from the pics the angle bead protrudes slightly on the shower wall side which isn't getting skimmed but getting tanked. Im want to put a chrome trim on the end of the tile line but this will in effect sit on top of the angle bead.

I think the wrong bead has been used for the purpose of a wall to be left un-plastered against a plastered wall? or is this often seen and ok?- as you can see from the rested spirit level its about 2-3mm gap. (basically the angle bead protrudes 3mm out which would be for plastering the wall (but its not being plastered just tiled)

Is it therefore better to rip this out and install a one side only bead and get the wall to be painted repatched or would you just use a thicker bed of tile cement, 8mm full length 15 x 80cm porcelain tiles are being used? maybe a deeper comb trowel? Thanks.

it could be taken out but would probly leave damaged p/boardpaper .
a new tile trim could be fixed on the tile side when tiling.
an re-doin the bit of new skim might be hard to blend in for a diy plasterer?

maybe leave it as is - but i cant tell how proud it is on the tile side?
an then combing adhesive onto the board an butterin the back of the tile .
that will probly bring you level or on top of the corner skim bead.

if we had to do it we would cut it out an use a stop beadbut it all depends on your skill in tthis kind of stuff?

Ive ripped it out! I have some forgiving easifill so can feather that in and sand flat if its not perfect. Is it just something like this I need?

Sounds similar to mine in which I just used a tile trim under the last row of tiles?

lost in the lights solution is a good one aalthough it leaves a proud corner.
the tile trim in L-i-t-l's pic can be pulled to cover the corner if you leave out the stop bead.
or you can use the bead you ref'd to.
you can also get coloured an silvered beads an trims.
